Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes are no longer possible. However, once your order arrives, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended.
We process orders from Monday to Friday.
Processing time is 1–3 business days from the order date, and shipping takes place the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will delivery take?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Prices on our website are tax-free and listed in Euro (EUR), which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon delivery to your country.

What if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?
If you receive the wrong, missing, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive your return or approve your cancellation.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
